Dr. Tanya Kameneva, Dr. Donald Shields, and Dr. Geza Incze will check the health of your pet from head to tail, and you will be very happy you came to World of Animals, Inc. at Bethayres for service.
Bring in any medical history you have of your pet when you come to our vet clinic. It's best to keep a journal of your pet's health throughout his or her life, including behavioral shifts. If you have something like this, share it with our team. If not, let us know everything that you think will be important. Donald Shields, V.M.D.Dr. Shields
graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1963, and established Bethayres Veterinary Hospital, P.C. in 1964. He attends veterinary seminars at least twice a year, and has undergone extensive training in orthopedic procedures in Davos, Switzerland. Even after 44 years, he still enjoys the practice of medicine for pet animals. He and his wife, Donna are active in feral cat welfare. Dr. Shields is an avid skiier, cyclist and tennis player
Geza Incze, D.V.M.Dr. Incze hails
from the University of Veterinary Medicine of Timisoara, Romania. He received his degree in 1976, and joined Bethayres Veterinary Hospital, P.C. in 1983. He became an associate of the hospital in 1987, and a partner in August 2000. Dr. Incze has intense, hand-on training in fracture management from Guleph University in Canada, and continues to attend veterinary seminars regularly to keep abreast of the latest developments in the field. In addition to orthopedics, he has a special interest in avian and exotic animal medicine. In his spare time he enjoys gardening and wood working. He is the proud parent of 2 dogs Maggie and Clyde, Hope the kitten, and a love bird named Monti.
